Permanent Staffing Services 

We know the ins and outs of your facility and your community because we’ve been there. Upon initiating a search, your representative will visit your facility free of charge to get to know your community, your job opportunity, and the needs of your facility—all so we can become an extension of your facility. This allows our representatives to effectively market your healthcare job opportunity in order to motivated providers nationwide.

During our initial visit, we will evaluate your opportunity so that we can accurately represent your needs to potential providers. We will determine the best way to target your advertising dollars to attract the most motivated practitioners that meet your specific parameters. 

Unlike contingent recruiting firms, who have no incentive to market your facility over any other, Delta Healthcare Providers acts as your advocate. Since we share the investment with you, we actively promote your job opening to the provider marketplace and are invested in your search’s success.

Delta Healthcare Placement now offers facilities a monthly report on the status of your search once the on-site profile is complete.  In addition to regular updates on the search from your recruiter, this summary report is automatically generated from our applicant tracking system and provides:

-         Recruiting activity related to your search

-         Total number of providers being considered by your recruiter

-         Total number of providers submitted

-         Total number of providers who have interviewed or are scheduled to interview

-         Conversation notes from candidates  who accepted or declined  consideration for the position

With this portal report, you can see exactly what feedback, good and bad, your recruiter received from potential candidates. Learn what potential candidates are saying about your opportunity, community, and/or process — how does your offering compare to others in the market?

In addition to regular updates on your search from your recruiter, plus an automated monthy email summary, the Activity Report provides information regarding:
